sim card not inserted

Actually when i insert my sim in my Samsung galaxy s4 it shows sim card not inserted....but when i insert 8n other phone it works and other sim too works in my Samsung s4

There could be dust or dirt in the port. There could be a problem with the port, or it is possible the the device requires a different type of SIM. Which can happen.

Try contacting your carrier/service provider and see if they can assess if it needs a different type of SIM.
