Not sure what you are asking here, if your phone was locked and encrypted you should be OK. Only thing whoever finds your phone should be able to do is wipe it and re-use it. Of course if you had things on an SD card that that was not encrypted, then they can get to those files.

You could have setup a remote wipe on the device also if you linked your account to the phone. And you already contacted your service provider correct?

My Google account has options to ring the phone, locate it or erase it.
