my phone fell on the floor and i have had the phone for a year in a half now and it will not work.

The phone will not work everytime i try to turn it on it will but then turn off again i dont know what to do i have i have had it for a year in a half now.

It obviously broke when it hit the floor. If you paid for insurance contact them, pay the deductible and get the phone replaced. If you didn't have insurance then your options are buy a replacement phone or find a local repair shop and see if they can fix it.
