I want to do a factory reset on my Android ZTE and I don't have a SD card. Where do I back up and reset?

My phone is freezing,apps button don't work, home button don't work, won't let me download anything, etc.

Well if you are wanting to back up personal files (photos, music, videos, contacts, etc.) then you would need to copy or move those files either to a cloud account or to a computer via USB cord. Either one of those would give you the backups you would need to allow you to restore said files to the phone after a reset.
