Stuttering/skipping fps gaming Very bad in Asus Laptop

I have an Laptop which I usually for work for sometime I play some game like Csgo, H1z1. First couple of month the game smoothly in low-medium setting almost 60fps. But Recently The laptop are gone very laggy, stuttering/skipping fps in game very badly. I did so some recovery try to fix it but its getting worst and worst. here the video example

i7-6500U, 8gb ram, Nvidia 940m

And some people told me that probably overheating or maybe is a Windows glitches or bugged.
