How to install missing icon

I don't know how but I have a LG form and somehow messing with my phone I deleted icons that I need such as the camera in the video how do I reinstall it

Are you sure they are deleted? Or are they just removed from the home screen? If they are just removed from the home screen, tap and hold the background to the home screen. It should bring up access to the icons for the apps on the device, as well as other things. Scroll through the icons to find the one you want and then place it back on the home screen.
