LG Stylo 2 Dropped in Water.

My dumbass dropped my phone inside the toilet bc I forgot I had it in my back pocket. I turned around quickly and retrieved it from the bowl no longer than a second or two after it hit the water. I dried it with a towel and blew into the holes that it has to blow out the air. I turned it on and it still works fine. I'm just afraid of it being damaged or it getting worse. What should I do? Is it safe to say that it won't get damaged any further? Or? PLEASE HELP ):

Remove the back and immerse the whole device in a pile of uncooked rice. That will soak up any remaining liquid that's stll in there.

The day this happened my phone spazzed out and wouldn't turn on. So I did this remedy that evening and had it sitting there working its magic until about an hour ago and it's working pretty good so far
