Im new to pc building and i was wondering if it was possible to make a pc under $1200 aud that would be able to run VR and games like PUBG and Ark: Survival Evolved

ok thank u very much, does the mother board have built in wifi, or do i need to add a wifi card?? oh and because this has a ryzen cpu, will i be able to stream without having 2 much lag
