I've always wanted a futuristic watch, but one that doesn't cost extra money for connectivity. I want an apple watch that works alone. I have no desire whatsoever to have an iphone. I'm quite happy with a landline, an ipod touch and an ipad together with my imac.

Why on earth would anyone pay an extra $10.00 to $15.00 a month just to leave your phone home, your phone has much better capabilities than the watch and is more reliable.
