Hard reset didn't work, it's stuck on logo all black background?????

Just on a hunch is this an RCA tablet? May want to provide some details about the device and what happened that you tried a reset. Did it actually run and restore the system to defaults? Could be an issue with the storage or some other hardware damage.

It did the reset and everything but when I tried to connect it to my Wi-Fi it still won't work when everything else is working under the wifi
