I purchased the Samsung Galaxy S8 and a cover from the Samsung website. After having the phone for only two weeks I dropped it (approximately 2 feet from the ground). The cover fell off and the back of the phone smashed. I chatted with Samsung and they told me to call customer service. I called customer service and was told to send my phone in and they would take care of it. I then received an email stating I was going to be billed $70.31. I called back and spoke with another representative. They told me I needed to call the repair center and that certain fixes are not covered, which was not explained to me. I called the repair center and the customer service rep was literally raising her voice and yelling at me. This has been the worst cell phone purchase and customer service experience I have ever had.
