Try restarting it, then while off, clean the screen well and then go into the "Settings" and recalibrate it. See if this resolves the issue.

NOTE: If the issue is only in one or two apps, and not all the time, then the issue may be the apps. You may also want to try checking the device for malware and viruses, which can also cause this issue.
