You listed hearing ambient noise as a con for the Senso Activbuds. I don't own them, but I promise you that most outdoor runners will disagree with this. I automatically cross off anything that promises noise suppression. (which happens to be over half this list)

Trust me, being able to hear a cyclist around a corner or an inattentive driver speeding through a stop sign/ red light is a good thing. It's saved my bacon a couple times.
