wont turn on

a sim is asking for puk number and when I tried it on my Lenovo tablet it still did same and when I tried

my brothers sim asked for puk number and when I used it on my Lenovo A3000 it still asked for it. when I removed the sim it showed a message and when I pressed ok it shut down and did not switch on.
plsss I need help ASAP
