You need to contact the service provider to tell them it's been stolen because the thief will be making calls and using mobile data and until you tell the company you buy your service from, you will be responsible for that bill.

They might be able to tell you where the phone was when it was last used but don;t attempt to go there. Notify the local police. Sometimes it works.

The SIM serial number should be printed on the card but I've never known a reason to find it. Your Service Provider should have it on record as well.
