Can't sign in even with the correct

My Google photos aren't deleted, I just can't sign in. Even though I found my forgotten password in my saved passwords of my google settings, it still wouldn't work, I've tried all the Google support verification means with correct answers, they still reply with, 'were sorry we can't verify this account belongs to you. I just want my photos.
