Nabi 2 will not charge....

I have a Nabi 2 tablet for my granddaughter. I've tried to charge it, but it will not charge. (I have 1% left) Ive tried to charge it with different chargers and USB ports, but nothing has worked. He chargers and plugs are fine. The charging light does not come on at all. I tried to do a factory reset...and I tried to erase all data. When it gets to reboot, it cuts off. Now, it will not turn on at all. What is wrong?? What do I do now?? I just dont understand. ....someone, please help me.....

I had the same problem. Mine would work with the power adapter, but not charge or work with regular AA batteries. It turned out to be a blown fuse on the auxiliary power board. This is a surface mount fuse that requires soldering and knowledge of printed circuit repair to fix. Here is a photo of the fuse location;
