Need ASSISTANCE with Gear VR and AMD GPU usage

How do I play games with a Samung GearVR and AMD GPU on my PC? The NVidia tutorials seem to be practically exclusive to NVidia. So, I need help adapting one to AMD or pointed to one that already exists. Is someone willing to assist me in this endeavor? (Please, no "shoulda gone green" or "Go green and never look back" comments.)

Right now what I have is a R9-380x..... Valve VR classification 3D capable (medium settings.) I want to upgrade to Vega here as soon as I can.

It looks like to me that the GPU you have is capable of VR, but might not be powerful enough for all VR games. Whether or not you upgrade the GPU is going to depend on what VR system you want to get.

That much I figured. I just want to get it set up to stream to GearVR, and stream properly.

Cool! I hope it works for you! I was gifted a Nvidia 980 Ti, and I think the reason the Nvidia fanboys froth their mouths over it is because their GeForce program streamlines a lot of VR and streaming trouble-shooting you generally find in PCs. I haven't dipped my tow too far into smartphone VRs, but that's because I've got an S5 that's going to die any day now.
