My phone turned off by itself,and it won't turn on anymore.

So I have an Oukitel C5 (i know probably haven't heard of it) it's one of those chinesee budget phones something like Elephone or Umi.Basically i've had it for 2 months now it worked perfectly
haven't dropped it,it did not get in contact with water or such things.I was walking and i took a selfie with my friend,and all of the sudden the phone screen turns black,I know for a fact that it is not the battery I had 70%.Tried turning it on putting it to charge nothing works,read on the internet
to hold the power button and the volume button.I held it for 10 minutes and nothing happens.So i came here looking for some help.

If it is that new have you tried contacting the seller or the manufacturer? It should have some form of warranty.

Yeah,the phone was bought over amazon brand new from the factory.I contacted the company that sold it,they said to try holding down the power and volume button if that doesn't work they will do the back shipping or whatever that is called basically they will give you your money back sent them an email currently waiting for a response.
