How do i get my contacts list off my other phone?

If the phone won't turn on, and you didn't have the info on an SD card or synced to say a google account, then there is no way to get them off the phone.

You can get all numbers that have been called or have called in, as well as all numbers that have texted and were texted by looking at your bill or your online account with your carrier/service provider. However that will not have the names.

We got it all back when we took the phone to the dealer and replaced it with a new one. It was on the new phone after the SIM card and account transfer was done.
