Galaxy j2 problems

everything force closes I just bought the phone last month I'm not understanding the problem and also it dosen't send my pictures or messages when I send them I have to restart it and turn the wifi on and off just so I can send it or even read other peoples messages please help

It may well be something on the phone that shouldn't be. Bad app, malware, virus, etc.

Try running some good antimalware and antivirus programs on the phone and see if it fixes the problem. I would also look at any updates or apps installed just before the problem started. If you can, uninstall them.
