How to fix my next book ares11a to auto connect on restart

Next book ares11a will not auto connect to my home WiFi ,,when you put password in it connects but when you shut it off and turn back on it will not auto connect to WiFi have to put password in again all my other device boot up with WiFi working. Anyone have fix?

1. Update the firmware and any apps that need updating on the tablet.

2. If the problem persists, check your time and date on the tablet to make sure it is correct.

3. Should none of the former work...
a. Clear out the WiFi data on the tablet.
b. Reboot the modem/router.
c. Once the modem/router is fully 'up' again, reboot the tablet and re-input the WiFi data.
