How do I move all my data from sd card back to my phone's internal storage on my LG STYLO 2 ANDROID PHONE

Well you can do it one file at a time, on the phone.

You can also connect the phone to a computer via USB cord, and move all the files (which can be done all together) over to an empty folder on the computer. Then copy them all over to the phone, via the same USB connections.
