You need to go into the settings to set this up.

Either the main settings for the tablet (assuming it is on a tablet since posted in tablets forum) or into the settings of the app that takes the screen shots and have the location they are saved to changed to the SD card. Now if that option isn't available (rare but could happen) then there is nothing you can do with what is on the device. In such a case you may need a different app to pull it off.
