Rca reset successful but won't let me in

Did reset but now wants the email on the account it was last synchronizeday with I don't have that info..what can I do

If it is a "new" device then it shouldn't have that and you should contact the place purchased from.

If it is a device you got/bought used, you would have to contact the prior owner to get that information as only they would have it.
