There is no way we can assist with this. That message means that there is an account already associated with that device, it belonged to someone. So only that person would know the info needed.
If you just bought it 'new' from a store, then I would return it to them and get them to give you an actual new one.
Now if you bought it used from someone, or someone gave it to you, you will have to contact that person to get the email address and password from them to input and then, once that is done, you can change it to yours.
However, if none of the above applies, and you are just wanting to get past the information needed (address and password) we can't help. Please read the following thread... http
