Well if you have the phone full of files (photos, videos, etc.) and full of apps, it is not shocking that the phone has reached 0 free space.

The only ways to fix it are to... 1. Reboot the device. Many people never turn theirs off and then things they use are using up their resources. 2. Close and then reopen any apps you have running. 3. Go through and clear the cache, cookies and history of apps you have on the device that are run a lot without having cleaned them out. Note: Be sure to save any passwords or urls as you don't want to lose them. 4. Clean up the phone, removing anything you don't really use or need. 4. There are many apps out there (I like "Clean Master") that can go through the device and help you clear it out even...

If the phone has a SD card, or you can add one to it, then you may want to consider saving photos, videos, music, etc. (not apps) to the card to free up even more space on the phone.
