Can't show something that was deleted.

To be honest there is no way to look at it on the phone once you have deleted it. It isn't like other data which can 'sometimes' be recovered.

However, you can try logging into your account with your service provider/carrier and see if there is a way to view the list of incoming and outgoing calls and texts. Most companies have that, which would get you the info you need.
