Solved! I've got a bell with a line through it on some of my contacts what does it mean

Alcatel pop 4 bell with line through it.

I am assuming you are referring to contacts in your Skype?

What it means is that notifications for that contact are turned off. You would have to turn them back on for that contact to not see the bell with a line anymore.

If not in Skype and in regular contacts, on some device it is similar, meaning you have it set to not notify you if that person calls, texts, etc.
