I recorded video on SanDisk 32GB dream can I play it on a LG tablet

SanDisk and other manufacturers make two types of SdCard - a full size one and a micro.

You need a micro to fit in your Android device and when you buy one, also buy a full size carrier so you can transfer the file to the new card from your PC.

Insert the micro card into the device and you should find the video using your file manager.
