I have a HTC ONE M8 phone that the charger burnt the battery & now it won't charge or turn on. How do I get my text messages & my photos from it to transfer to my LG G5 phone? Please someone help me? [don't post your email address on any forum]. Thanks to whomever can help me.

If they were all stored locally, you need to fix the phone. Usually text messages are on the server of the provider and should come through when you setup the new phone. I know mine have done that from Verizon. But then again I also have all my stuff set to backup to the Verizon cloud so that may simply be that backup being restored.
