How good is the internet on the flip phone LGB470? Is it good enough to look up a definition of a word, or even go to youtube or Facebook?

On the flip phone Lg b470, is there any way I can block the browser on it, but keep data, only for sending mms messages, such as sending pictures, and getting email? Just on this specific phone though, not a smartphone or anything.
