cant access myfiles

Hi! I cant access the 'my files' folder on my phone. Is there any way it can be fixed without rebooting my phone? -samsung j2

Rebooting is just turning it off and back on. Restarting the phone shouldn't harm it in any way. If there is a 'my files' folder on that phone, then it is going to depend on what you are using to try to access it, and why you are trying to access it.
