How to recover or restore phone contacts by using a new sim card..i disable the back up my data or automatically restore after factory hard reset..can you help me to restore or recover my phone contacts? Please help me

If you disabled backups and your contacts where on the SIM card, you can't recover them. You can probably re-create them from text messages where you will see the phone numbers and just link them to names manually.
