Change my number

I used my Old phone number on my step 2-verification and I don't remember old password so I'm trying to change it to my new phone and don't know how. Can someone please please pretty please help

I think you might be in trouble unless you can remember the password. I've had friends who have lost accounts this way. If you don't have what is required for either of the steps it will take a pretty crazy act of Google to fix it. I suggest writing Google support.

We really cannot help you; only your Service Provider can. You can reject the calls in your Calls settings on the phone and block the nuber from claling you again,
