Can I install Cydia Extender without developer account (paid)?

Hi,

I just heard about cydia extender. According to reviews, it is meant to bypass the 7 days issue of jailbreak and other signed apps. I was not able to install it on my iPhone 6s because I do not have paid apple developer account. Also followed this:



Is there any way to get this done? I am tired of re-installing the certificate for apps after 7 days. thanks.

@rgd1101: Nothing has asked for is directly related to cheating and/or stealing content.
@imran01: As of now, Cydia Extender cannot be installed without a paid dev account. Just FYI, according to Saurik, this is only for signing apps through safari, without the use of Cydia Impactor, not a fix for the 7 day certificate.
