How to receive contact information from my old phone

Well the only way to get it would be off the phone. The phone will have to be able to be turned on. Then you can save the contact info to a file and, via USB cord, connect the phone to a computer and copy that file onto the computer. That file can then, again via USB cord, be put on the new phone. If you so choose.

If you can't turn on the phone, then you can't get the info.
