How do I transfer pictures from a damaged screen on a Samsung Galaxy Core that is deactivated to another android cell phone

My old deactivated Samsung Galaxy Core has a partially blacked out and damaged screen, how do I retrieve the pictures from it and transfer them to my new Samsung Galaxy Luna both are android cell phones, my new phone is activated on Straight Talk?

can't you plug the old phone into a PC (usb port), and transfer the pictures to the pc. Then plug the new phone in and move the pictures to it.

Do you have a computer? If yes, connect both your phones to the computer using USB cables. And then transfer your files from old phone to the new one with the folder window. It's such an easy thing to do.
