my neocore1 10.1 has froze on welcome page.does anyone know how to fix.many thanks.

It's running Android so you should be able to power it up by holding down the Volume Up button while you press the Power button. A menu should appear and you scroll through it using the volume buttons and make your selection using the power button.

Reverting to factory settings will lose all your personal data but there may be another option to refresh without data loss.

I tried this,and it still reverted back to welcome page.
