It keeps saying SU system not working can I fix this also running very slow

Frustated running slow message about su system and also other apps not responding anything I can do to fix this

First check if there is an update to the system that you need to get. If yes, install the update. If no, then you may need to wipe the cache partition.

How to wipe the cache partition...

1. First, turn the device off.

2. Now press the "Volume Up" + "Home" + "Power" buttons, all the same time, and HOLD THEM DOWN.

3. Release ONLY the "Power" button when the device vibrates.

4. Then release the other buttons when the "Android System Recovery" screen appears.

5. Next, using the "Volumen Down & Up" buttons to navigate, select "Wipe Cache Partition."

6. Press the "Power" button (it will act like pressing "Enter" on a keyboard).

7. You should now see some 'progress notes' (at the bottom of the screen in very small print), then after about 20 or so seconds, it will show "Done."

8. Now restart the device and you should be good.
