I wanted to know if anyone knew how to transfer my text messages from my HTC Android phone to my HP notebook Windows computer. Trying to save everything on my phone so I can factory reset it. Thank you .. I would greatly appreciate a descriptive explanation.

There really is no way to move the text messages as you are trying to do. The way they are saved on a phone makes them not really accessible any way other than in the messaging program.

One way around it would be to email the texts to yourself. I have done this before. Just don't delete messages until you are sure they came through in your email.
