Have you tried restarting the tablet? If that doesn't fix the issue, you may have something on the tablet that is the problem (virus, malware, bad app, etc.) To find out for sure try turning off the tablet and restarting it in "Safe Mode". The problem should stop in "Safe Mode". If it does, then you need to check the tablet for any problem files, programs, apps, etc., and remove them. Then once that is done, restart the tablet and see if the problem comes back or not.

To get into "Safe Mode" please do the following.

1. First turn off the tablet.

2. Next press and hold "Power" until you see the manufacturers logo on the screen, then release the power button.
