Bought new Nextbook ares8 tablet and won't turn on to home screen.

I just got a new tablet and was setting it up and so I turned it on and it went to the flashing "Nextbook" logo and the box said it would take a few minutes so I waited but I started to notice the screen was going black and then doing the entire thing over again. I held down the power button to get it to stop and I retried it. But this time, instead of going black and doing it again it showed the Android laying down with a panel out and it said "no command". I don't know what to do. Pleasehelp

If this is a brand new device that is doing that, you should be taking it back to where you got it from and having them give you a working one. No new device should give such problems.
