I am assuming you are are talking about through the app. Have you tried uninstalling your app completely, rebooting the tablet, and then reinstalling the app?

I don't mean shutting the app down. I mean completely uninstalling it from your tablet. Shutting down the tablet and then turning it back on. And then redownloading the app and installing it again.

You should still have it, as long as the app is still on the phone. You just need to tap and hold the background of your home screen and then scroll through the apps shown to find it.
