IPhone sim card

I bought an iPhone off someone and they factory reset the phone with the original Sim card in it. Do I need to take the Sim card out and get a new one or can I use the one that's in it?

When you activate it with your carrier, they can get you the right SIM card to use with it.

Get a new sim with your carrier and just use it.
