can't get my nextbook 10 to turn on, tried everything recommended

what else can I do? tried disconnecting and reconnecting batteries, pushed every button on the darn thing, no response

Are you sure it is actually charged?

You may want to try using a different charger cord to see if that will allow it to charge, and subsequently turn on.

If none of that works, and it is under warranty still, then I would contact the manufacturer about a repair or replacement. If it isn't under warranty, then you may have to look into either replacing the battery or getting a local tech/repair shop to fix the issue.
