Galaxy Note 4 not reading sd card

As others, fault with note not reading card. Now please also be aware that card HAS been formatted AND works fine in S5 phone.

Just because the card works in one device is no guarantee it will work fine in another. To be honest, switching the devices you use a card in is really not recommended. The change over tends to cause damage to the cards. Also, if the card was encoded to a specific device, then it won't work in other devices. Not until it is reformatted, which would wipe the date on it.

What is the actual message you are getting when you try to use the card on the tablet?
