can't activate my LG VS950

Pls i'm in Ghana and i bought a new LG VS950,after months of use,i decided to hard reset it since it was really running slow,after hard reset,i'm unable to bypass the activation section,its asking me to dial (877)807-4646 to activate my 4G LTE but anytime i call,it seems like am dialing a wrong number.
Pls if there is a way you can help me out,i will b glad,cos day by day,the phone is becoming useless,it been over 3months now since i encounter this problem

In 3 months you have not tried to contact your service provider to activate the phone? If the number does not work, call your service provider and have them look into it.
