I've been having problems last night with my TV

(Sorry for the low quality) as you can see the screen has white spot and also if you look closer you can see a black smudge on the bottom of the spot and the it is in tends to overheat while other parts of tv stay cool and there multiple lines on my screen which seem to be a some sort of pixel map.
