My tab won't open and charge

My tablet doesn't have a battery that can be take out and its built in

It shut downs at 80% plus and i charge it still the charging picture doesnt shows up ... what can be the problem? I don't want to lose my files

The battery needs to be replaced.

For the record, all the batteries in them can be replaced, just some are way more of a pain to remove and replace.

If the device is still under warranty, then I would contact the manufacturer about a replacement of the battery.

If it isn't still under warranty, then you have the option of trying to do the replacement yourself (if you feel comfortable doing so) or take it to a local tech/repair shop.
